They call me before they are coming, and if I'm not home they once left my meds in between my door and screen door.

Told by message/ voice mail that I have a delivery today 3/31/23 they have third party make deliveries but never call before they make deliveries. Customer service is so very rude and not helpful. Elderly should not have to wait all day long for medication delivery with no phone call. Need better window of time to be delivered like morning, afternoon, evening. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.......and DELIVERY DRIVERS . Again on Saturday 4/1/23 I was told I had another delivery but driver called at my doorstep when I was at groce... read more
The deluvery service is horrible waiting all day for my medication to be delivered to my home. Everytime I call the pharmacy they never can give accurate time of delivery.
Given wrong information from Grane Supply several times regarding prescription delivery dates When I call to check on delivery date I get wrong information so they need to be better trained to give patients correct information regarding medication we are waiting for and the word sorry doesn’t help.Narcotic medications need to be signed for and I have to reschedule appointments so I can be home to sign for them and to have them not delivered when told they would be. Very Poor Customer Service.
