The food was very tasty, but the service was incompetent. The next time I go to Grandy's, it will be any Grandy's but this one.
The Huntingburg, Indiana Grandy’s provided some of the worst customer service that I have seen in years. The restaurant was empty around 7:00 on a Saturday night, and we would soon learn why. After order and receiving most of our food, our group had noticed that the staff had messed up both tickets. Even after asking what sides we wanted, one order came out with no sides, and one was missing one side.
