Absolute slumlords, They knowingly rented us a black mold infested unit. We had to abandon half of our things, due to mold. They never once came to inspect any damage we reported, due to them "not having the time." The neighbors apartment was broken into and again the property owner refused to change her locks again due to "not having the time". This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen and needs to be condemned, any simple inspection will show extensive black mold damage behind walls thats well past repair. Horribl... read more
Management doesn't show any concerns for people's health or safety. They have black mold growing in the apartments, and when someone makes a complaint, they get evicted
Good location for a peaceful environment. Great people.
Landlord is Amazing, one time i didn't have the money to the the rent and she say to get it when u get u get it and for a 2 bed room 500 and 3 bedroom 400, upstairs or downstairs they are available.
