I saw Elise for a buccal massage and had a fantastic experience! She clearly communicated the process, and it felt both productive and relaxing. The clinic was also a lovely space. I’d definitely recommend for anyone experiencing headaches or TMJ/jaw pain!
Highly recommend Elise Ardizzi! I’ve been going to her for a parasympathetic massage to help soothe my nervous system because I have pelvic floor tension which causes shooting pains. She is so knowledgeable, very passionate about her work and genuinely cares about me. I also really like her own touch of smudging and her singing bowl at the end of the session. Had a 60-minute RMT massage with Elise Ardizzi and it was exactly what I needed. She was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, and really helped relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. I left feeling much more relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!!
