Steven Wah, you are 100% correct. Joyner built our home over a year ago and it was a complete nightmare. 1-Walls are not straight 2-Defective tiles 3-Severely cracked porch-were were told the number of cracks is within the bagley standards. 4.-Front double door, one side will not open 5.-Hardwood floor has gaps all through the home, this is during the summer when you should not see any gaps.
