Best staff.
I have loved living here so far. No complaints. Everyone is very friendly and helpful
Could not have worse things to say. We lived in this complex over THREE YEARS AGO, and we just got a letter from a collection company. They somehow lost all trace of us paying for our move out charges. And instead of telling us, they sent us to collections and the only reason I figured out was because of the hit on my credit. They said it was because they switched their systems and “couldn’t control it”. They claimed they had no way to tell if we had paid it even though I had emails from years ago. The actual living experience was fine overall, but I wouldn’t plan on staying through multiple lease terms. The major problem comes with communication from the leasing office and predatory rent increases. Both over the phone and in person, I’ve been met with condescending tones and reaffirmations that “market rate” raises in rent in excess of 10% were reasonable. It was a nice place to live for a bit, but it’s clear that management is more concerned with filling their pockets rather than keeping renters happy.
I have lived here for over two years. It’s nice, but do not expect help in an emergency. The issue isn’t the leasing office who seem nice - it’s the higher ups. They have an “emergency help line” that you can call that has never worked in my time as a resident. If you’re reading this you can try for yourself. Call the number listed, push one as directed for the emergency maintenance line, and you will be met with a busy line tone. Currently we don’t have power and we have no one to call for help.
