If I could give zero stars, I would. Emergency maintenance number flatly does not work. AC has not worked during summer months in four years. Utilities NEP submetering is a scam that charges you 2-3x more than what you should be paying. Landlord on multiple occasions has breached the lease and gaslit their tenants with nonsensical excuses. Impossible to work with. I pay for AC, which is a landlord obligation under the lease, and they tell me to just "open my windows at night." Deeply unserious people. Do not live here.
Nicole especially and her team have been wonderful to work with working through all the normal glitches that occur when applying for an apartment with full attention to the client and doing it in a very kind helpful manner. I couldn't be happier with my son's move in... and , after we moved in they've been most helpful with everything we've asked 5 stars
I showed up for my tour today and Nichole and Dominique made me feel so comfortable and welcome! Nichole took me on my tour and she was so friendly, super helpful, and willing to show me multiple options with all the details. She was incredibly patient with me and answered all my questions without any judgment or impatience. It was by far my best experience since starting the journey of looking for a new place to live.

Been living at my apartment for 3+ years and they have been great. Nicole mike and Moe staff are great. Very friendly and flexible, highly recommend these properties!
