Dylan was amazing and so extremely helpful during my process.. answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me. Apartment was in great condition. Everyone in the office has been really nice as well!
Good community, good maintenance and leasing office. But parking enforcement is handled by trash towing company Hound dogs. Had my car towed from my spot that I paid monthly while I was out of town for a couple days. Reason being inoperable, while the car is perfectly fine. According to the lease, they need to inform leasing office first but leasing office refuse to do anything either. Lady in the leasing office straight telling me there's nothing they can do!
I have nothing but great things to say about Metro. I am in the 5th Ave. building and have lived here for over 10 years now. The office staff is great, the maintenance is great and fast getting on issues. The locations are all well kept and cared for. This is a great place to live for everyone from students to a single person or a couple. The area is great, from shopping to entertainment you can't beat the Grandview area.
My partner and I lived here for two years. We loved living here. The convenience of Kroger being next door, and downtown Grandview being a short walk away really was awesome. We would have stayed, but we just outgrew our 1 bedroom. The apartments are quiet, updated, and beautiful. You really don’t notice your neighbors unless you live under someone.
