Very nice and friendly management, I have never had any issues or complaints. I keep to myself, and stay quiet. Management and staff go out of their way to help you, I've even seen them buy food for people who are grieving over a loss of a family member, and I've been invited several times to park events put on by the staff like park BBQ's and pool parties during the summer months. Very nice and clean place to live, despite all these bad reviews from people who no longer live or have never lived in the park and from bitter tenants who don't bother to voice their concerns or issues with management, who are super friendly and very helpful. I have lived here for many years and never had issues with hidden fees or anything that you may be lead to believe.
