Bad communication. We called for an estimate in June. They came and looked at our trees and gave us a decent estimate to take them down. They told us that they were scheduled out for a few weeks and would call us back to schedule. 5 weeks passed and no call, so i reached out to them and they had no recollection of our estimate and had to come back out for another estimate. I have trees that were scheduled to come down back in March and they started them, but never finished. I was told by Pete after several conversations that he was coming to finish the job and that he hired a new climber but he never showed up. Our neighbors fence was taken down back in March when they started the job, at the end of May my husband put it back up. I still need my trees down, and I have not heard from him at all. Pete did an excellent job removing a large, dead, maple in our backyard. Super nice to work with. Reasonable cost. Would recommend and use again.
