Who does that? I stopped in a couple months ago, because my maintence light was on and I figured it was time for an oil change. I barely got comfortable in the lobby with a Sports Illustrated in hand when a technician informed me that the light wasn't reset properly last time and I had about 1,000 miles to go before I needed an oil change. Grandview saved me time and money when they could have easily taken both from me. Who does that? Grandview Tire & Auto apparently.

Always Great Service I have been taking my car to Grandview for probably 15 or 20 years. They have always been friendly and helpful. I never feel talked down to or that they are pushing anything on me that my car doesn't need. And the waiting area is spotless and clean -- I appreciate that too.

Regular Joe They came out to help change a flat tire with a stubborn lug bolt. Their fee was reasonable for coming out and they were kind enough to let me drive my low flat back to their garage to top off the spare and tighten things back properly. I would recommend them in the future.

Grandview Tire and Auto The work is always done promptly and well, and some minor work is done with no charge. I recommend this shop to my friends.

What you see is not what you get Beautiful facility offering coffee, soda t.v. Service was quick but they always find something else that needs to be fixed. There labor charge are astronomical. Don't let the astmosphere and friendly smile get ya. They are crooks.

Real Shyster's I have been a customer at this establishment for over 10 years. This is the second time I have been quoted one price and charged another. I asked them to save parts and when I went in they did not have them. They outright lied to me. Also beware that their labor chages are over $100.00 hour. Just an FYI when you go in for an oil change they find other thing that need to be fixed. Real Shyster's

Trustworthy I've been bringing my car in for oil changes regularly for a few years. They are so quick I'm sad I don't get to finish a magazine while I wait. I trust them to know they won't try to fix things that aren't broken just to get more money from me.

Grandview Tire & Auto We have been regular customers of Grandview Tire & Auto for over 5 years. The staff is professional. Their work is consistent and first-rate. If you choose to wait while they work on your car the waiting area is very inviting, they even have toys that your kids like to play with and magazines that are current. Their oil changes are painless; they're quick and they don't try to get you to replace everything under the hood when you only came in for an oil change.
