Called told them I'm smelling exhaust in my car and there's a really bad rattling of the exhaust. Hour later they called me quoted me $***** I said and that'll fix everything he said yes. Picked up car the check engine light was on they said it was a sensor they fix that. Drove it and the rattling is still bad brought it back in and another individual told me the quote had nothing to do with fixing the rattle cuz that's the muffler itself that would need to be replaced. Terrible Service I have taken my car to Grandview serval times and each time I say never again. Every visit they find more and different things wrong with the car that I brought it in for. The last time, it went from a simple check to $1,000 of repairs that they made first, then told me the bill once it was done. I asked them to remove an engine alert when I brought it in. Upon picking up they said we can't remove the alert...take it to the dealer! Could not belive itVery rude
