Many problems they won't disclose don't buy here .I wish I didn't buy here the new owners raised the space rent 350 per month for new residence tho im grandfathered in it will be near impossible to sell your unit.It is also RAT infested.The new managers are doing the best they can im sure it's not there fault but that's the job . The park is a mess many of the lots look like dumps and create habitats for RATS.Regret,regret regret.
Maintenance issues are very rarely addressed
Not kept up, the streets are terrible cones on main Street have been there for over a year.
