My sleep study was fine, Dawn was great....The office staff is impossible to work with, started process with my family doctor in late September 2023, after being lied to from the sleep center. That they were waiting approval from my insurance company. My insurance DON'T NEED INSURANCE APPROVAL, I called Blue crossto fine out. Lost it on the staffing, and guess what, November 22, I finally got 1 of two tests done. Now it's December 14th. Again had to call them, What's Up???? I need to find another place, my blood pressure can... read more
