DON'T PURCHASE !!!!!!!!! – We purchased a time share at the Grandview in 2006 while they were still vigorously building, we were promised our maintainence would not go up because everything is brand new. The first year our maintainence went up $80.00 plus, it is now $677.00 a year, ok, no raise since then. The resort is nice, close enough to the strip (you need a car) but not as crowded. Serenity in Las Vegas The Grandview is on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. It is a non-casino resort which makes it great for those want to just sight see. On the other hand, the casinos are only a shuttle away which operates every 30-45 minutes depending on the season. The rooms are spacious with a washer/dryer & kitchen.
