This place is owned and run by corporate people who view their tenants as commodities to squeeze for every penny they can, and they will treat you as such. Do not recommend it if you are looking into moving here. You are basically renting a slab of concrete and a water hookup, and the price will double before you even know what's happening.
Grandview Mobile Home Park is a great place to live. Teri Sims is a great manager and makes sure to keep everything running smoothly and makes sure it looks nice!
100% recommend Grandview to anyone. Teri did an exceptional job at managing the property and keeping it safe, clean, and organized. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I on multiple occasions.
