I visited my friend while visiting family in Florida and there was mold everywhere.. she said she complained about it but nothing was done. I had an allergy attack while there.. not cool.. not cool
Good luck. Do not live here if you have children. The landlord will creep around youre house and take photos of them and if you have animals you will be harassed 24/7. Only good if you are 55 & up.
