Grandview Mobile Home Park is a great place to live. Teri Sims is a great manager and makes sure to keep everything running smoothly and makes sure it looks nice!
100% recommend Grandview to anyone. Teri did an exceptional job at managing the property and keeping it safe, clean, and organized. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I on multiple occasions.

Living here for some time. Ive always told people that Teri Sims has kept the little area really nice and clean. I have always felt safe and welcome here. Shes is always quick to answer any of my random questions, or find me a friendly neighbor willing to help me out.
