They sold me a home that's not up to code, locked me out of the lot rent payment system and tried to evict me when payments failed! No one ever answers the phone, no mailbox key provided, extra charges in lot rent never explained upfront
The customer service was polite. However their site Bates you in with homes that are no longer available.
Over priced kids running the park stealing and breaking things. They make too much money weekly on rent for the trailers to be that trashy.
Iv been calling emailing texting the advisor line that’s available for the office and they never answer or call back. I’ll update my review after I show up but these comments make me think the person in control of sales probably is going to be a nightmare
