The customer service was polite. However their site Bates you in with homes that are no longer available.
Over priced kids running the park stealing and breaking things. They make too much money weekly on rent for the trailers to be that trashy.
Iv been calling emailing texting the advisor line that’s available for the office and they never answer or call back. I’ll update my review after I show up but these comments make me think the person in control of sales probably is going to be a nightmare
Jeanine is VERY rude. VERY unprofessional. Seems a bit racist. She was acting as if she had no idea what was going on the day I came to close after my husband advised her what was going on. She had me wait outside the office for 25 mins as she spoke with her manager to then come and say she is refunding my deposit and now the same home that I was JUST going to purchase is not for sale.
