This is a residential mobile home park. There are no camping spots or public restrooms. It is for permanent residents in older mobile or manufactured homes. People pay monthly space rent and live there. It is not a campground. Very nice place to live though. Beautiful views of hills and sunsets.
Family members have lived there for many years. Space rent keeps going up, but no improvements. It still has the same crummy old well that does not provide water that can be drank or used to cook with. There have also been issues with the old water system that caused water to be shut off for several days or more. No one could shower, flush toilets, etc. One of those times, my family members had to rent a motel room for those days.
