This place is so convenient when needing a local doctor, saves me from having to go to a huge hospital! Kellen is wonderful and the front staff are very friendly. In and out in less than an hour and nobody in the lobby. Super refreshing, especially in the Bham area!

First of all. My complaint isn’t about the provider. We loved Kellan Rolling. She was wonderful. You will get sent to specialists for everything so if that bothers you, you need to know that but otherwise, she is top notch. So my review is not about her. It’s about the office management. I’m late writing this review. This happened earlier this year. I have to take off work to take my mom to her appointments because she doesn’t drive. She is in her 80s so needless to say, I take off a lot. It was time for mom’s every 6 month ... read more

Malpractice. I was a patient of the previous physician and Kellen saw me. I came in because I was having a serious medication interaction (numbness on face and breathing difficulty), due to this doctor and another specialist prescribing contraindicated and unnecessary meds (blood pressure med, beta blocker, and an unnecessary benzo). I expressed my concern about too many prescriptions and Kellen was unprofessional and rude and told me I wasted a trip. I left crying and had to go straight to the UAB ER where I was admitted.
