I've been seeing Emily Entrekin NP at the Gardendale office, and when she moved to the Vestavia office, of course, I followed her. She's been nothing but the best; there aren't enough words to describe how great Emily is. She truly cares about her patients. I'm truly grateful for her. I will be a patient of Emily's until she retires. Every time I have to see her about something, it's always the best day. This place and aspire are horrible they treated my grandma like crap they stole from her dropped her had her strapped down like she was crazy or something we are suing both of y'all the things she experienced I know other people went through the same stuff and something needs to be done
Do not recommend. Had to replace my debit card so ask if they could bill me, they said yes. Then get to the office and they acted like they’d never talked to me. Blamed the “call center” yet I had proof on my phone where I had called the office. Very unprofessional. Edit: it’s not the fact they can’t bill me I’m mad about. It’s that you said you could and then said you couldn’t and blamed the “call center” when I had proof I called the office.
I wanna give a big shout out to Emily. My girlfriend had an appointment with her today and I’m happy she influenced her to take certain things seriously. Thanks Emily!!
I scheduled an appointment with Kellen Rolling, CRNP . This was my first appointment & was referred I never had the chance to even see her because I was told there was a problem with my insurance so I had to self pay not a problem at all but for a doctor to yell from the back to her employees at the front , “I have other patients she should’ve had that handled.” Is very unprofessional & rude!
