I visited your clinic on Friday, July 10th. From the moment I walked in, I received excellent service from the blonde receptionist, and the nurse who attended to me later also provided magnificent care. However, I want to highlight Dr. Michael Dupre; he is a true professional kind and genuinely eager to help. After having visited two other clinics, I am glad to have him as my new primary care physician, as he identified my problem and found a solution for it.

I've been seeing Emily Entrekin NP at the Gardendale office, and when she moved to the Vestavia office, of course, I followed her. She's been nothing but the best; there aren't enough words to describe how great Emily is. She truly cares about her patients. I'm truly grateful for her. This place and aspire are horrible they treated my grandma like crap they stole from her dropped her had her strapped down like she was crazy or something we are suing both of y'all the things she experienced I know other people went through the same stuff and something needs to be done
Do not recommend. Had to replace my debit card so ask if they could bill me, they said yes. Then get to the office and they acted like they’d never talked to me. Blamed the “call center” yet I had proof on my phone where I had called the office. Very unprofessional. Edit: it’s not the fact they can’t bill me I’m mad about. It’s that you said you could and then said you couldn’t and blamed the “call center” when I had proof I called the office.
