Canceled my appointment 2 times. First time before half an hour and second time it was ridiculously I reached there and then they said doctor will see you in 10 mins I waited half an hour and then they said would you like to reschedule? I mean really I already wasted my hour to go there and come back.

Today, I would like to share my recent experience. I had a massage appointment with Leah Lai, and unfortunately, it was not satisfactory. She arrived 10 minutes late but still ended the session at the original scheduled time. During the massage, it appeared that she was not familiar with the pressure points or proper techniques.
