Went to the pool with my son who’s 2. Never had a problem since I’ve lived there with kids and arm floats. Was told he wasn’t allowed to wear his two arm floaters and that I had to take them off for him to play in the pool… how is that safe for a little toddler to have to take off swim wear that keeps his head above water and the lady who told us was busy all day complaining about how she had barely any lifeguards… that did not make me feel safe at all hearing that especially since being told to take my sons arm floats off. ... read more
People pooping in the pool often so it's shut down, Google hours say they are open until 9, they are not. Only open until 8. Bought a pass under the impression they were open until 9, only got to swim for 40 minutes. Staff is extremely rude/ down right unresponsive when you inquire about discrepancies in posted hours, pricing, policies etc.
Still struggling to figure out why I showed up on a Wednesday around 5 and paid full price only to enter for them shut down the middle pool (the one I use) for a practice for a local team. Why should I pay full price to have all of us squeezed into the shallow pool so that the soccer team can use the pool during prime swimming hours. I also love the fact that I almost was T-Boned by one of those little ungrateful kids when trying to leave after being told I was not afforded a refund before I even dipped a toe in the water. First time I went this year they shut down a pool with no excuse. The next time I went they shut down another pool for the soccer team. They charge full price for you to use half of what you paid for and if you have a family emergency they won’t refund you even if you couldn’t enjoy a second of what you just paid for.
Previously loved this pool but they wouldn’t allow us to purchase tickets in person for the duck race when online it specifically states you could. We couldn’t create an account as it kept kicking us out so we took our daughter for the first time, only to go back home after 30 mins of us trying to buy tickets :(
