I have been a member of this pool for a long time and this year has been the worst. As others have said, the staff is super strict and rude. I've seen the lifeguards blowing their whistles at toddlers 🥴. We are residents and have 5 memberships. My wife isn't a member but was with the rest of my family to watch my son swim. They wanted us to buy her a day pass, fair enough, but they wouldn't take cash. It took me 20 mins to set up an online account to buy a day pass and I’m a young person who knows how to use the internet. Their website doesn’t let you click on the blanks to fill out the info. If an older person was trying to visit they would just leave. Just let me sign a waiver and give you 15 bucks. The online thing is very much a hassle. Pool is nice though.
