I went to Grandview Dental after not going to the dentist for a while. I was nervous, but the doctors, hygienists, and ALL the staff at Grandview Dental were incredibly considerate and sensitive to my wants and needs. Excellent care, up-front pricing, and quick turnarounds for scheduling dental work. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I had my first visit to Grandview Dental yesterday after my dentist of 30+ years retired. I have always dreaded going to the dentist (who doesn't, right?) but I had a fantastic experience with this all female practice!!! Everyone was super-friendly, welcoming and professional. Went to get a front tooth chip filled. I ask the day before how much it would be, and they said they didn't know, but at least the basic exam fee. OK, whatever. Was in the exam room a couple minutes, and they quoted me $320. I politely declined. They charged me $92. I was in and out in 5 minutes. That is an hourly rate of $1104.00. I asked if I could get a cleaning at least for the basic exam fee of $92. You know, convert it into a cleaning appointment at least. That's exactly what I would have done with the customer. I had a pleasant experience at Grandview dental on my first visit and expect it to be just as great at every appointment in the future. The hygienist was very friendly and did such a great job cleaning. The dentist was extremely nice and knowledgeable too. Lovely office, very clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller, more friendly office.
There is no higher level of care than what Dr. Cowley and her team provide. They are the absolute best in all criteria of dental care.
