We really like this office - the front desk, hygienists and dentist all make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The dentist doesn’t try to suggest any unnecessary procedures.
I called Grandview dental because I was in intense pain and the staff did everything they could do to fix it and then I wasn't able to pay because of not working for a bit and was harassed by the front desk lady with rude and unprofessional messages left on my phone.
First let me say that I was always scared of Dentist, so much so that I haven't been to a Dentist in over 12 years! Not the smartest decision. However when I finally made an appointment the entire staff from the Front Desk Team, to the Hygienist, the Assistants, and of course Dr Bentley welcomed me and took care of all my concerns (which admittedly was alot) three crowns, several fillings and a deep cleaning to be accurate. Tina is super patient, efficient, and so great! DJ is the absolute favorite of my whole life, and I have some dental oddities worthof experience! Doctor B, you are so great, pro, and kind. This is a great outfit and I have sensitive teeth for a 6 foot Frankenstein! Check them out if you need something, really.
The dental work I have received here along with my mom has been the best in the state! Hands down would recommend this place to anyone who needs cosmetic dental work.
