6 repairs in 7 months for the same dishwasher… is this really normal? Since September 2025 I’ve been dealing with the same issue over and over again. Someone comes, “fixes” it, it works for a little while, and then it breaks again. And everything starts from the beginning — calls, messages, waiting. The machine is old and rusty, and honestly it just doesn’t feel okay to use it anymore. I’ve been dealing with the same issue since September and honestly I’m just tired at this point. My dishwasher keeps breaking, and getting it fixed has been a constant struggle. Even when someone came before, the machine is very old and rusty, missing parts, and it only worked for a short time before breaking again, so this is not even a real fix, it just keeps happening over and over. Is the only way of communication in person ? I have yet to get a email and or phone call back.. its been well over 2 months since the office has answered!
I am one of the residents of these apartments the big issue in here is only the stuff who work at the office including the maintenance team, they just know how to put the works for next time and never done. Other than that good and quiet community.
Moved in 2023 everything was amazing slowly after the manager Elizabeth stopped working Grandview apartments started to fall apart ppl in the office never I mean never answer calls. The property was going down fast it seemed like they started to let anyone move in. In 2025 I started to see roaches in building k all over in the hallways and even the elevator it was totally disgusting.
