The office team really just sucks. When I walk in, no one gives eye contact no one speaks. They aren’t friendly. They don’t smile when they’re talking. They’re very monotone and very unfriendly and uninviting. I have had my disposal broke for 2 1/2 weeks now, no one can tell me when maintenance can come fix it. The worst management I have ever seen. I had a leak in my apartment which happened recently. It was caused by my upstairs neighbour. The manager said I can’t do noting they expect me to live in that unit like that.
Nice place. The dog park is right next door and my furry baby can’t get enough of it!
Worst management team ever. Don't get fool with good reviews you see here. They are from golden times when this beautiful apartment complex had a professional and caring management team. The current management doesn't care about residents anymore. They are rude and unhelpful. We have a blocked bath tab and are unable to use the shower that we are paying for.
