Horrible! Just dont!
Carpet really needed replaced when we moved in. Oven was stained on inside. Stayed there for 12 months and tried to clean oven but would not get the streeks left by the last (no telling how many) tenants. On our leaving we got charged for not cleaning the carpet (that was in need of replacement) along with being charged with not cleaning the oven. (Which I cleaned) It was just my wife and I living there. I made sure everything wa in as good as shape as it was when we moved in. Changed light bolbs, replaced blinds, deep clean... read more
Really cute and unique apartments. I love them! I dont rent from them yet but when my current lease is up I am seriously considering one of the apartments at grandview. Very unique!
