RecommendedWe're new tenants of about six (6) months now and have had a great experience so far. Great views, great apartment and great help from the maintenance as well as the rental office. I would recommend Grandview to anyone.
We've recently caught 3 mice in 3 days - and we live on the 7th floor. We've filed a complaint with the city, I'm not sure what to do to get their complete attention.
My girlfriend and I moved into Grandview in August. We have had a wonderful experience so far. The apartments are very spacious and have beautiful finishes. The gas fireplace is wonderful and puts out a great deal of heat! We will definitely be renewing our lease!
Love that place. Beautiful view. Very quiet and clean. Excellent neighborhood.
