The management of this place is bad management and the people are disrespectful. Before you live in this place, they ask you for a CV. There is no problem with this, but you have to look for the CV questions for this place that you want to live in. It is a gang and disrespectful people. They ask about people, but they are bad people in dealing and have bad morals and racism. It is a disrespectful and unsafe place for families to live in.
I love living at Grandridge Place! The apartment homes are beautiful and spacious. The management and maintenence teams are efficient and helpful! The resident events have been a blast and Isabella, Anson, and James have been a pleasure to interact with at each one. Thank you for all that you do for us!
I’ve lived here 5 years. The staff and maintenance are excellent, the place is beautiful, and it seems to get better every year. They added new gym equipment this year, throw regular events for residents, and generally have a warm and welcoming vibe. Between that and the fantastic maintenance staff, it’s hard to go wrong. Recommend strongly!
Love living at Grandridge Place! Maintenance team especially James!!! and office staff are really nice and helpful! Tatiana has been here a few years and really cares about her residents. Vanessa is a great assistant as well. Anson is really fast at fixing things.
Been here around 3 years. It's a pretty quiet complex. We are very appreciative of the staff, and a big shout out to James the maintenence tech who has always been prompt in helping us with anything we have needed!
