Kevyn and his crew went above and beyond my expectations for the build back of 3 rooms due to severe water and mold damage. He uses quality materials, kept me updated on progress of repair. Had difficulty with insurance situations, Kevyn helped me through a very stressful time with insurance complications. Outstanding job, highly recommended .
Before I share my journey, let me start by saying that Grandpa’s Construction Services are highly recommended! My experience started with a prolonged leak in the kitchen dishwashing machine that went unnoticed for weeks and ultimately required me to bring out mold removal specialists. Unfortunately, that required tearing down the kitchen island, all the cabinets, and the floor panels in most the kitchen stretching all the way into the pantry. Our bottom floor of the house flooded (on a Monday Of course)! I didn't want to risk further damage so I looked up the best contractors in Sacramento and Kevyn popped up. I gave Grandpa's truck construction a call and he came out the same day. He was very kind and honest. He repaired all of the water damage and made our house looking new again!
