WOW! I can’t say enough great things about Grandover Village Dental! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. The entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for every step of the way. Dr. Cox is absolutely AMAZING! I had an appointment for 11:10. I arrived at 11:08. Checked in promptly. The hygienist and I had a discussion about my declining the yearly X-ray examination. She asked the dentist. I signed some paperwork declining the X-ray . The dentist examined my teeth. Had another discussion about declining X-rays with the dentist. The dentist is a nice guy, we just disagree on X-ray frequency. I sat in the chair and waited for my cleaning until 11:45. At 11:45, I got up and walked out. I never did get my teeth cleaned. I enjoyed my visit immensely. Vicky was very professional, explained everything she was doing and very pleasant, efficient. And also, Dr. McNeil, who I was extremely impressed on this my I Italian visit. I also was impressed by the front attendant who greeted weeks ago and confidently encouraged me to become a new costumer at grandover village. Overall, I left feeling I had made the correct choice to change dental practices.
