1 star This place is a complete disaster. Do NOT bring your kids here. i’ve never written a review like this before, but after what I experienced—and what I’ve heard from other parents—I feel like it’s my duty to warn people. We came to Grandma’s Playroom for the first time on April 2nd. I was impressed with how clean the entire facility is (including toys) and appreciated the variety of options our daughter had while we were there. The staff I met while we were there were very kind and spent time getting to know us. There was a great space where we could spend time with our baby while our toddler played and I appreciated the readily accessible hand sanitizer at each table. Looking forward to coming back soon!
