I will never order from them again.the Harrisburg store is the worst place I have ever had. My granddaughter and I ordered Italian subs and when they were delivered the meat was not Italian sub meat it looked like scrunched up dog food. The taste was horrid. Try calling them stay on hold almost an hour just to get hung up on, the grandma's on w broad was always awesome.they were our go to place. This is twice it was messed up from Harrisburg. NEVER AGAIN.

First time ordering I got boneless wings lasagna, and 22 L my order was delivered with no 2 L bone and wings and then when I tried to get a hold of anyone it goes to a voicemail that isn’t set up. The customer service is horrible. I had to drive there and the people working in the store. Couldn’t even give me a refund. They have to get it approved by ownership. Place has seriously gone downhill, ran by different people who don’t care about the products they serve. I’m not referring to just the lasagna or sides being bad, the pizza itself is horrible. Tried two separate times first time pizza was undercooked second time all of the toppings tasted horrible. Hopefully it closes before they totally ruin a west-side staple.
