Give up making red beet eggs. All you are eating is a died vinegar egg. Water doesn't go in them and they aren't died. For every 14 oz of juice is 1 cup sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Soak for 3 - 5 days then serve.

The bakery is located in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn. It sells primarily Italian baked goods. Cakes , cookies , pastries and breads are available. I ordered a chocolate-covered cannoli, cheesecake with strawberry , napoleon pastry and an Italian bread. Everything was excellent and fresh. It is very well-priced for the quality of each item. Friendly and helpful staff.
