I was extremely disappointed in this place. The owner, Cindy, was very unprofessional and rude. She seems to get overwhelmed by large parties, and takes it out on customers. She even insulted me (party host) by asking if she needed a glue stick to tape my mouth shut when I shared my discontent to other guests. She also mentioned that she would ask me to leave when I was a bit peeved over her rudeness, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service skills. Such a wonderful experience! I have had multiple experiences with this company and the thing my daughter really loves about it is the fact that they have princess actresses (of course she doesn't know they are actresses) and every time they are Disney quality! My daughter is mesmerized by them and it is such a heart warming thing for me to see. I would happily recommend this to anyone who asked about it! What a great experience for my 4-year old daughter and her 8-friends! Priceless! Cindy and her “Cinderella” help were friendly, loving, and inviting. The home is beautiful, the selection of dresses, shoes, wigs, and jewelry...awesome! The girls had a 3 course meal with healthy snakes and tasty cupcakes to finish off the feast.
