I love Grandma Rose's Pastry Shop. The owner is knowledgeable about her profession, and really tries to help people with their orders. She does not gouge people, and charges a fair price. When I have been in her shop, I have actually seen how she helps people create cakes, or makes budget friendly suggestions for her customers. I read her post concerning a wedding cake.
