House is cute and has potential. However, it was quite dirty. Huge scary cobwebs that should have easily been cleaned by the cleaners but they chose to ignore them. First thing we did was clean all the cobwebs. Dryer was broken our entire stay. Seabrook concierge said house owner had to replace the broken piece on the dryer. Maintenance said they could put a loaner dryer in the home but that never happened. It was very inconvenient not being able to wash 3 days worth of beach/pool laundry. This is a bizarre place(the town). It feels like a place that an author dreamed up when dreaming about the idealistic American community. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and bizarrely perfect. You won’t know what I mean till you go to seabrook. House was perfect….it was like if William Sonoma and home goods birthed a baby. I’d stay here again
