In October 2024 I delivered my well maintained 2008 SeaDoo to Grand Lake Watercraft for consignment for sale. In June 2025 I received a call from Cody Good the owner of Grand Lake Watercraft to let me know he had an offer for my SeaDoo and the customer left a deposit and would pick it up before 4th of July weekend. Cody Good has zero since of responsibility to his customers. His attitude seems to center around what is good for him. He first gave me a wrong diagnosis on my outboard, told me the part he needed was on order and would be there in 3 days. One week later I called both his office and cell phone leaving messages and 5 days later finally caught him and his first response was I have been out of town. I took it to a real professional got the right diagnosis and repaired quickly. If zero was on the rating I would give it.
