I've been to Grandis a few times now and each time I leave feeling like I didn't belong in the store and that I was nothing more than a nuisance to the woman I've dealt with. Maybe it's because I wasn't dropping thousands so I was wasting her time? My first uncomfortable interaction was when I went in to try out engagement rings. Absolutely great place to buy jewelry, I highly recommend. Built a custom ring and had wanted light blue sapphires in it, it came in and wasn’t up to standards and they sent it right back and took the time to find the right shade of sapphire made me very happy. Also bought my wife a necklace on our wedding day from Grandis and it was absolutely gorgeous, sparkled and lots of people complimented it.
