Amazing place, went in there yesterday looking for engagement rings and the lady was amazing help and helped us find the ring we wanted in no time!! 100% recommend this place

I've been to Grandis a few times now and each time I leave feeling like I didn't belong in the store and that I was nothing more than a nuisance to the woman I've dealt with. Maybe it's because I wasn't dropping thousands so I was wasting her time? My first uncomfortable interaction was when I went in to try out engagement rings.
