I have lived in this community for many years. Jerri helped us get into a brand new home. The staff is always polite and as helpful as they can be. They have installed playgrounds, basketball courts, street lights and so many programs/activities for the children. They have removed so many of the empty broken homes enhancing the appearance of this community. I would recommend living here. As long as you pay your bills and maintain your property, you will love it.

First of all I’m just gonna put this out here! This company or specifically the office workers are one of the rudest downright disrespectful people I’ve ever met! They play favorites in the park and seems to be with the drug dealers and users to get what they want when they want. The office people try to scam people over all the damn time. This last time we have paid our lot rent and they said it has bounced and we have confirmation of payment but we understand things happen and seems to may have happened which is no problem... read more
