I can only speak for myself and my experiences. I moved here a year after leaving college. It was my first apartment on my own. I lived here for almost 6 years (Aug 2016 - May 2022). It was by far, a great experience. I lived on the 2nd floor and the price point was good for what I got. My neighbors were awesome. You've got your occasional noise which is normal for any apartment. No one is available for anything here, I keep getting notifications that there are apartments available but I can't seem to reach anyone to get a response.
Easy to access but difficult to see building numbers at night and GPS isn't always correct
