Update: They started building more houses on our street, and the construction crew is once again yelling, playing loud music, and leaving trash in neighbors' yards. No consideration for people who may be working from home or taking care of their family. We've tried reaching out to them via phone and email with no response — they clearly don't care. Grandfather Homes is the best of the best and in our opinion, they are the best builder in the Charlotte area. Every single day on our project, they made us feel like their only customer. We had contact with them daily, they always checked in, and were always very transparent. Plus, the houses are tacky, overpriced, and take away from the charm of the few remaining craftsman-style houses in Charlotte. At least their properties provide a good laugh to passersby.
