Grandfather Homes is the best of the best and in our opinion, they are the best builder in the Charlotte area. Every single day on our project, they made us feel like their only customer. Loud, disrespectful, inconsiderate. They leave trash everywhere, don’t respond to complaints re: blocking streets and driveways, and create disruptions all hours of the day. Plus, the houses are tacky, overpriced, and take away from the charm of the few remaining craftsman-style houses in Charlotte. At least their properties provide a good laugh to passersby.
Very polite and knowledgeable. Their team has tons of experience building high-end homes.
