I live out out town and had this company maintain my property for several years paying him for his services. I got several complaints from my tenants that he was not showing up to the site and he was still charging me each month. I sent them a substantial retainer on good faith to do some additional yard work and after visiting the site after several months only to discover that they only dug a hole in the yard and kept my money.
