If you buy new tires online don't go here to have them installed. They don't want your business if you won't buy their tires. If the mark-up on their tires wasn't so high I would of bought mine there. Took a short drive to Friendly Tire in Monett and they was more than happy to put them on. 2 years later they want to respond to this review. Sounds like they are needing money now and changed their policy or just lieing to make their company look good.
I am so impressed with Grande Tire!!!! Their prices are awesome and their service is great!!
