Had a nightmare experience with Dr. Bankhead. I have what may be permanent complications and am still in chronic pain since the procedure, but he outright accused me of lying about the pain I was in and refused to acknowledge the symptoms. I guess calling a patient a liar is an easy way to not have to follow up on your bad work. Full story to the best of my memory below. I was sent as a referral from my dentist to see Dr Grande for a wisdom tooth extraction. First off, the office is beautiful, clean and modern. The staff from the front desk, to everyone in the back was very kind and helpful. Dr Grande on my appointment took the time to listen to my issues, and completed a through exam. I ended up needing two wisdom teeth extracted. The surgery and recovery went flawlessly, zero issues outside of expected post surgical mild pain. I am grateful for Dr Grande and all of his staff. I couldn’t say more about how great this office is. They’ve been so patient with my son, who has an extreme fear of needles. They helped navigate the disaster the insurance was for me. They are helpful, polite, and very caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town (although I’m hoping I won’t need their services again after this second surgery…)
First of all, the front desk is great. That right there tells you how a practice is when you first come in and talk to them. I have to say that Karly at this office was so sweet and also so fun to talk to. She went through everything with me regarding insurance and charges thoroughly. I liked the Doc a bunch also. He read my ex-ray and knew what needed to happen. He explained everything very well. I've decided to go with them for my tooth implant. Not the best situation to be in but they made it seem better.
