I WAS THERE FOR REHAB AND I HAVE NEVVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO ALONE AND UNWANTED. THEY LIED TO ME AND CHARGED MY INSURANCE FOR DAYS THAT I WASN'T THERE THE THERAPY STAFE WAS THE BEST PART OF MY STAY. THE STAFF SHOWED NO FEELINGS OF CARING AT ALLL DON'T GO THERE AND IM NOT LYING TO YOU. I SAT IN MY ROOM AND CRIED MOST DAYS I FELT SO UNWANTED

My Mom was here 12 years ago. We were on watch 24/7. I walked in one day and she was naked from the waist down and I asked for clothes to be put on her and the aide said it was easier clean her

Please do your homework before placing anyone here. Do a Google search on this place and find public records! It will SHOCK you to your core !! My loved one was here at the pavilion about 2 weeks and was sent to the hospital from a fall . My loved one recieved 4 stitches above her eye and a fracture to the arm. The nurse told me my loved one fell out of bed and sustained these injuries at 89 yrs old !! These injuries could have been prevented if they would of taking the time to read her chart. A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish My family and I had an amazing experience with Grande Oaks Rehab Center.
