Grande Oaks & Grande Pavillion have shown major changes since I last visited my Mom/Grandma. It has new Leadership wth new Director of Nurses, New Dietary Manager, New Housekeeping/ Laundry Director, New Maintenance Director's & New Administrator. Activities & Therapy Departments continue to rock with seasoned, long-term staff. Building is cleaner, overall CARE 4 the Residents is better & morale is up 4 both staff & Residents!

Formal Concern Regarding the Quality of Care at Grand Oaks in Oakwood Village, OH Grand Oaks in Oakwood Village, OH does not currently reflect the level of care, communication, and support that residents and their families deserve. The current condition of the facility and the concerns being reported should be a serious disappointment to the management team and warrant immediate review by regional leadership. I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to say how wonderful this place is. There's always something fun going on, whether it's games, music, crafts, or just getting folks together for a good laugh. The staff is so kind and makes everyone feel included. They really brighten people's days and give everyone something to look forward to. You can tell they truly care, and it makes this place feel a little more like home.
