Worst place anyone can work at! All reviews on how inconsistent things are from shipping to logo for merchandise is all true. Not to mention the delays in delivery and refunds. Any five stars you see, you cannot trust. It is biased. Please dont waste time or money..
I am giving this company one star because they don't offer priority shipping. I am retired and vacationing in the USA, have used Grand Lash for almost two years with excellent results. I placed a $600 order on line wanted it shipped to my current hotel. Impossible, express shipping is not offered. Called customer service and they can't arrange it either? Ridiculously bad service because not all of your retailers carry all of your products! I'm not running all over Miami to find your products. Get with the times people!!
So far every product I have used has been amazing. I use the lash conditioner and my eyelashes touch my glasses. The lip products are amazing !!!!
