Friendly staff. Purchase process and delivery was smooth. The only issue is that they push the GVC warranty package. While I should have read the reviews before purchasing the warranty (my error), the reviews I read now mirror my experience. My recommendation, DO NOT PURCHASE the GVC warranty. Complete waste if money. Response to all claims is NOT COVERED.
