Great care and friendly staff
Room was dirty. Housekeeping could be doing a better job. The bathroom was dirty and I put it to a test. Came back next day bathroom was still nasty. Nothing us wiped and cleaned properly. The bed rails and behind the beds were dirty. The chair wasn't cleaned properly after the other resident left. It has skin shavings all over it, the heater isn't being wiped off.
