We purchased a custom home that was in the process of being built from GCB in 2025. John and Jenna were fantastic to work with and helped us make modifications along the way. We love our home and are extremely happy in it. GCB stands by it's work and has made themselves available for any concerns we have had since our purchase (which haven't been many). On site Peter was great to work with as well. Highly recommend them!

The Grande team was fantastic to work with. They built a stunning home and made everything seamless and easy for us. The project manager, Robby, went above and beyond in his responsibilities and was wonderful to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.
This is a really poor company to work with. They have their business model set to take advantage of their contractors. I’ve been waiting for month to get paid for a small job and I’m continually given the run around or told I need all sorts of different items before they can pay. When booked we were all in agreement job would be paid upon completion with a card. Now I’m months out and have to hand this issue over to my attorney.
We purchased a 2 year old GCB home roughly 9 years ago. GCB built our home with a casual timeless elegance that exudes charm inside and out. Their color choices and finishes give character and “wow” factor in all the right places.
