The Grande team was fantastic to work with. They built a stunning home and made everything seamless and easy for us. The project manager, Robby, went above and beyond in his responsibilities and was wonderful to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.
This is a really poor company to work with. They have their business model set to take advantage of their contractors. I’ve been waiting for month to get paid for a small job and I’m continually given the run around or told I need all sorts of different items before they can pay. When booked we were all in agreement job would be paid upon completion with a card. Now I’m months out and have to hand this issue over to my attorney.
We purchased a 2 year old GCB home roughly 9 years ago. GCB built our home with a casual timeless elegance that exudes charm inside and out. Their color choices and finishes give character and “wow” factor in all the right places. Being the second owner, we did not walk through the building process of our home with GCB, however, they stand behind their homes and we have been beyond impressed with their customer service. John and the Grande team were amazing to work with and built us the most beautiful house. I am so proud of the work they did and we constantly get comments about our house design and build and always give the GCB team all the credit. We got in early on a spec house and although they gave us the option to make changes, we didn't change anything (except in yard) since it was perfect already.
