I had a great experience working with John on a water remediation project. He managed the process seamlessly and followed up multiple times with subcontractors throughout the renovation if something wasn’t just right. He prioritized my perspective and was honest and timely in every interaction. For a small job he easily could have set it on the back burner, but instead handled it from start to finish like a true professional.
GCB built our home in Commonwealth Park back in 2020/2021. John and company were extremely accommodating throughout the entire process, providing vision when we had none (which was often) and support for the ideas we did bring to the table. The GCB team made sure we understood every step of the project, and went the extra mile to help resolve a few issues we had along the way.
