Had a really bad experience working with Grande Central Showroom. Started off great - they have a wonderful showroom, helpful staff, and really enjoyed working with them to choose my fixtures. Once the order was placed is when everything started falling apart. What was supposed to be a 3 week turnaround, dragged to about 5 weeks, and when the delivery came, 4 important items were missing.
