This company has no concept of time. It appears that they don't understand the industry that they are in. The fact that turn around times in this industry can make or break a purchase contract and that someone is trying to get into their home based off getting a loan closed BEFORE the contract price expires. They are currently contracted with the AMC DART Appraisals. It should not take 5 days to correct a mistakes that the appraiser made of stating the wrong owner. Worst experience ever.
