I brought my car to Grandcity Autobody Vancouver on Main Street by referral. Overall, I am very pleased with the service & repair work. The valet pickup/drop-off is punctual & efficient. The staff is friendly & helpful. The car repair is high quality & they even give me a complimentary touch-up paint. I would recommend this place to a friend. Thank you Andrew & Jackey!
Grandcity did a great job on the body work of my 20 year old Toyota Matrix when other autobody shops were unwilling to.
I brought my car here for repair, but unfortunately, the issue was not fixed properly. I returned and explained that the problem still exists, but they insisted there was nothing wrong. However, I know my car and the issue is clearly still there. I expected better service and attention to detail. I’m disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this place based on my visit. Because of the poor quality of the repair and the way the issue was handled, I’m planning to report this to ICBC for further review.
I recently had my car repaired here, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Terry was very helpful throughout the entire process and the results were great! Great service, professional team, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended!
