I had a car run into me and last month I took it to Grandcity Autobody and they did a fantastic job of doing the repairs and painting leaving the car like new, very impressive. Darren and the office ladies so helpful in their professional support. Great work.
Grandcity did a wonderful job with my rear ended car. They were able to get a new bumper over a month earlier than expected and got my car fixed within two days. It wasn't a huge job, but I loved how quick they were able to do everything and still provided me with a fairly new courtesy car. Office staff was very kind as well. I would definitely go back to them for any future autobody work (hoping I don't though :P)
Wow. I could not be more impressed with how fast and efficient their service is with helping process my claim with ICBC! I came here after learning they’re one of the accredited ICBC repair shops. My car was scratched in a parking lot as the driver backed up to avoid another car; all while my car was parked. It was my first incident where the driver was 100% liable for the damage. I have been here both times my car has had a collision. They got me in as soon as they can, updated me on the process and did an amazing job at repairs. Seriously do not go anywhere but here!! Their customer service is top notch and they are really in it for their clients. Shawna was fantastic to work with. Thank you Grand City!
