Rude and expensive
My friend's car had a dent on his bumper. Grandcity was able to schedule something within the week, and return the car the next day. We couldn't tell it was ever damaged. The paint job was top notch.
We needed a part replaced ASAP as we were leaving town. The folks at Grand city kept us updated the entire way from ordering the part, the status, and even calling us as soon as the part came in. We brought our call in when we got the call and in a few short moments, the repair was done and they buffed out some minor scratches for free. We could not be happier with the communication and service!
